About Mooseify

Mooseify is an independent Swedish product company. It creates focused software for work that is important, recurring and still unnecessarily dependent on documents, spreadsheets, inboxes and individual memory.

Why Mooseify exists

Too much important work is technically digital — but operationally manual.

Organisations often have the information they need. The difficulty is that it lives in the wrong places, lacks clear ownership, or arrives too late to support a good decision.

Mooseify builds products around that gap. The aim is not another broad platform. It is to make a defined part of the business easier to see, operate and improve.

Founder

Built from experience close to operational work.

Mooseify was founded by Mathias Thomasson, who has worked in IT since 1998 — from technician and team leader to IT manager and project lead. At DHL Sweden he ran the country’s IT operations and led the relocation of the Swedish IT centre to Prague, managing the service transition, accountability and risk while daily operations continued. As a consultant he was then responsible for every IT-related restaurant project for McDonald’s across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland — new openings and refurbishments against fixed opening dates, with dependencies across construction, operations, networks and installation.

He works today as a Nordic Service Delivery Manager, turning service levels and contracts into everyday operational control: what needs to happen, who owns it, and how the delivery is followed up. That is the same problem Mooseify’s products are built around — the less visible parts of delivery, where information is spread across teams and the next decision depends on the person who happens to know the history.
