These terms apply to the public website at mooseify.net, operated by Mooseify AB. MinaAvtal, Aura and other products may have separate terms that apply when you visit or use them.

Purpose of the website

The website provides information about Mooseify, its approach and its products, and a channel for general business enquiries. It does not itself provide a subscription to MinaAvtal, Aura or another product — a product website, agreement or order sets out the terms that apply to a product relationship.

Information, not professional advice

Content on this website is general information. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, security or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice based on your circumstances. References to contracts, privacy, compliance, security or AI governance do not constitute a determination that an organisation complies with a law, contract or standard.

Accuracy and changes

We aim to keep company and product information accurate and useful. Products in beta or early access may change, and website content may be updated, removed or become temporarily unavailable. We do not promise that every piece of information is always complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. If you spot an error, email hello@mooseify.net.

External websites

The website links to product sites and other external resources, which are controlled under their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not mean Mooseify guarantees the availability, accuracy, security or content of an external site, except where the site is itself operated by Mooseify under its own published terms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, brand elements, product descriptions and illustrations are owned by or licensed to Mooseify AB and protected by applicable law. You may view public pages, share links to them and quote limited portions with attribution where permitted by law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape for republication, remove notices from or commercially exploit substantial website content without permission. Product names, interfaces and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website or contact channel to:

break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
attempt unauthorised access, disruption or security testing;
send malware, abusive content, spam or automated high-volume submissions;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
submit passwords, sensitive personal data, confidential documents or information you are not authorised to disclose;
interfere with the operation or security of the site or its providers.

Potential vulnerabilities should be reported through the Security page. That process does not authorise destructive testing or access to unrelated data.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the public website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and planned or unplanned maintenance may occur.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mooseify AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that is not permitted by law. Product and customer relationships are governed by their own agreements.

Privacy

Our Privacy notice explains how we process personal data when you visit or contact us through the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting mandatory consumer or other protections that apply under applicable law. Please raise any dispute with Mooseify at hello@mooseify.net first so it can be understood and, where possible, resolved. The appropriate Swedish court has jurisdiction subject to mandatory legal rules.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or the law. The date at the top shows the current version. Updated terms apply from publication unless a later date is stated.
